JAW CRUSHERS
During work in industry and the renovation, remodeling and building-sector it is often necessary to transport out debris from demolition. At the present this is transport is normally conducted by wheelbarrow or carrying with a yoke to a dive shaft or elevator. This work is physically strenuous and also contributes to bad working conditions with dust issues.
Use of a crusher and suction transport offers advantages such as dust free handling, higher capacity, less volume to transport out* and a material that is normally recyclable as filling material, which replaces the normal deposition fee with a reselling value.
The sound level during operation of our jaw crushers is normally about 85 dBa measured 1 meter from the machine.
* Volume from solid brick to crushed brick increases by 1,5x and solid brick to uncrushed demolished brick by 2,5x
DX 3
Our smallest crusher with a 3 kW motor, which is intended for bathroom renovation. DX 3 can handle disintegration and transport of for example tiling, clinker stone, plaster and similar materials.
DX 3 is equipped with an adjustable feed chute, as well as rubber wheels and a removable handle to simplify positioning and moving the machine. The machine can be lifted with integrated lifting eyes.

DX 8
Our medium crusher with a 5,5 kW motor, which is intended for larger bathroom- and apartment renovation. DX 8 can handle disintegration and transportation of for example brick, tiling, clinker stone, soft concrete without reinforcement bar and similar materials.
DX 8 is equipped with an adjustable and detachable feed chute, as well as rubber wheels and a detachable handle to simplify positioning and moving the machine. The machine can be lifted with integrated lifting eyes.

DX 12
Our second largest crusher with a 11 kW motor is a reinforced version of our earlier DX 10B, which is intended for larger contracting work that requires higher capacity. DX 12 can handle disintegration and transport of for example brick, tiling, clinker stone, oven liner, concrete of high quality and similar materials.
DX 12 is equipped with rubber wheels and is delivered with a special pulling device to simplify positioning and moving the machine. The machine can be lifted with integrated lifting eyes.

DX 40
Our largest crusher with a 30 kW motor that is intended for fractioning and transport of great volumes of debris at building and industrial work sites. DX 40 can handle disintegration and transport of the same materials as DX12.
DX 40 is equipped with rubber wheels to simplify positioning and moving the machine, as well as it can be equipped with a feed chute for feeding with a conveyor or mini loaders, like for example a bobcat. The machine can be lifted with integrated lifting eyes.
